RD Affiliate Approval Functionality

  •   RD can view the list of all approved FDs through the Registered FD page
  •   RD can view the list of all FDs pending approval through the Pending FD Approval page
  •   RD can provide approval (Approve or Reject) to the desired FDs

  •   RD can view the list of all approved FMs through the Registered FM page
  •   RD can view the list of all FMs pending approval through the Pending FM Approval page
  •   RD can provide approval (Approve or Reject) to the desired FMs

  •   RD can view the list of all approved FAs through the Registered FA page
  •   RD can view the list of all FAs pending approval through the Pending FA Approval page
  •   RD can provide approval (Approve or Reject) to the desired FAs

  •   My FD Listing - RD can view FD code, FD Name, the number of FM below it, the number of FA below it
  •   My FD Listing - Link on the FD name. If the link is clicked, it will lead to a list of all agent files (FM + FA) below it

Title: Adding A Timer Module for the (CO)

  •   When the CO selects the file status Processing - Pending Calculation (Customer), the file will remain in the CO's possession for 72 hours. If no changes are made by the CO during that period, the file will automatically revert to the agent who generated it
  •   The file creator (AX/AG/FA/FM) will see a new file status, "Auto Revert to Agent," in their dashboard as soon as they receive the auto-reverted file from the CO
  •   After the file is auto-reverted to the file creator (AX/AG/FA/FM), the following message will appear in the history section:

[Auto Revert] The file status has been changed from Processing – Pending Calculation (Customer) to Auto Revert to Agent.

Message to the Agent: You are advised to obtain the pending balance from your customer. Please resubmit this file to the Credit Officer (CO) if you have obtained the pending balance. Ensure that the information regarding the pending balance is filled in the remarks section.
